We are based in Cairo, Egypt. All products are made in Egypt.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer worldwide shipping with the exception of countries listed below:

Liberia, Timor-Leste, Turks & Caicos Islands, Tuvalu, Uganda

HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?

Delivery is within 2 to 15 business days depending on your location:

Cairo & Giza delivery is within 2-3 business days
Alexandria delivery is within 3-4 business days
Other Governorates delivery is within 3-10 business days
International orders delivery is within 4-15 business days

Please note that any public holidays may affect the delivery time of your order.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We only offer cash on delivery (COD) for orders inside Egypt and online payment methods for orders inside and outside Egypt.

WILL I PAY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES ON MY ORDER?

Please note that Urban Thrill is not responsible for any customs duties or additional charges that may apply to each country, customers may be subject to endure additional payments on international orders, these charges are not calculated at checkout for international orders.

CAN I REQUEST A REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Please not that we can not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges on international orders at the moment due to fluctuating international shipping rates. So any international orders placed (outside of Egypt) are final.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order within the first day of your purchase free of charge, if your order has been shipped out then you will be charge shipping fee so please contact us on Instagram DM @URBANTHRILLCO or by Email urbanthrillco@gmail.com ASAP.

MY ORDER ARRIVED BUT I WAS NOT HOME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you want to reschedule your order delivery please contact us on Instagram DM @URBANTHRILLCO or by Email urbanthrillco@gmail.com ASAP and we will try our best to reschedule.

MY ORDER ARRIVED BUT I WANT TO CANCEL IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you received your order but changed your mind, you can cancel it but you will be charged for shipping fee as per our return policy.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADRESS FOR DELIVERY?

As long as your order has not been shipped out we will do our best to change it, however if it has been shipped there is nothing we can do so please contact us on Instagram DM @URBANTHRILLCO or by Email urbanthrillco@gmail.com ASAP.
